For ten years we watched independent restaurants around here close, one after another, replaced by chains that could be anywhere. Those were the places that made this area worth living in. Family kitchens. Counters that spent fifteen years perfecting a single dish. People who cook because they love it, going up against companies with marketing budgets they will never match, and still turning out better food.
Chains can outspend them and delivery apps take a cut of every order, so we're building the opposite: a curated list of the Triangle's best independents, and a card that makes eating at them cost less. We're building that list now, one restaurant at a time. No chains, ever.
Full tables for the kitchens we love, and a little more room in your budget to keep going back to them.

This is where the list gets revealed. We're announcing partner restaurants one at a time between now and launch, and founding links go out to followers first.
